I was referred to Dr. Shalini by my mother, who had already experienced fantastic results with her personalized workout and nutrition plan. After seeing the positive changes my mother went through, I decided to consult with Dr. Shalini myself.

I first met with Dr. Shalini in October 2024, seeking a weight loss and nutrition plan, as my weight was 84.4 kg at the time. After undergoing a series of tests I was diagnosed with fatty liver type 2 and a significant vitamin B12 deficiency. She then created a tailored plan focused on managing my fatty liver and achieving weight loss.

Though initially the nutrition plan felt daunting, I quickly adapted to the diet plan and began noticing improvements almost immediately. Within a short time, I saw significant progress not only in my weight loss but also in my gut health and reduced fatigue.

I met Shalini on my iPad! The Wuhan corona virus had left us all a bit confused, and everything was on hold . Into month three, I heard about her ,through much younger girls, and felt some care for my body would not be amiss . It was a great decision ! A year and a half ago, I developed a tennis elbow injury which gave me a lot of pain playing golf, doing yoga or lifting anything on a day to day basis. I was lucky to have met Dr. Shalini during that year. She taught me how to strengthen the areas around my injury without creating pain or making the injury worse. She worked on exercises to strengthen my shoulders, worked on my posture and form, and rehab exercises for my elbow. Today I can play golf, do yoga and lift heavy weights without any pain or discomfort. My core strength has also increased which helps me focus and balance in any form of exercise.
